Shipping policy
Same-Day Delivery:
- This service is only available within Metro Manila and other nearby provinces.
- Pickup details will be provided after payment is confirmed.
- The buyer is responsible for booking any same-day delivery courier. Please inform the rider of the order ID and the name used in the order form.
- Same-day delivery is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this window will be processed for delivery the next business day.
Standard Delivery:
- We use J&T Express as our regular courier service for all standard deliveries.
- Orders are processed and shipped the next business day after payment is confirmed unless otherwise stated.
Standard Delivery Timeframes:
- Metro Manila/Luzon: 1-3 business days
- Visayas/Mindanao: 4-7 business days
Tracking Information:
- Once order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS within 24 hours.
Delayed Deliveries:
- If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please email us with your order details, and we will investigate the issue.
