What are your delivery options?

  • Standard Delivery: We use J&T Express as our regular courier service for all standard deliveries.
  • Same-Day Delivery: After payment confirmation, we will provide pickup details. Booking the rider is the buyer's responsibility. Kindly inform the rider of the order ID and the name used in the order form.

What is your shipping policy?

  • Order Processing for Standard Delivery: Orders are processed and shipped the next business day after payment is received, unless stated otherwise.
  • Order Processing for Same-Day Delivery: Our same-day delivery service operates between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed for delivery the next business day.

How long does it take to ship my order via standard delivery?

  • Standard Delivery Timeframes:
  1. Metro Manila/Luzon: 1-3 business days
  2. Visayas/Mindanao: 4-7 business days
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS within 24 hours.
  • Delayed Deliveries: If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please email us with your order details, and we will investigate the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment must be settled within 48 hours; failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your order. We do not offer cash on delivery; however, we provide multiple convenient payment options to suit your needs:

What is your refund policy?

  • Eligible Returns: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 7 days from the received date in their original condition with complete packaging and intact tags.
  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we will provide a replacement free of charge. Alternatively, you may choose a discount on a future purchase, based on the negotiations or agreements made via email.
  • Customer-Initiated Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a different product and the item is not damaged, you may do so. Please note that the cost of return shipping for such exchanges will be the buyer's responsibility.
  • How to Request a Refund or Exchange: Please contact us here to initiate the refund or exchange process. Provide your order number and details of the issue to help us assist you promptly.
